Rules and Conditions
Photographs must be the original work of the exhibitor
No commercial or professional entries accepted.
To avoid damage all photographs must be mounted on stiff card which drawing pins can go through.
Adult section – minimum print size 6” x 8” (excluding mount); maximum size 20” x 16” (including mount).
Children’s section all photographs to be 5” x 7” (excluding mount). Overall size including mount MUST be 7” x 9”.
Photographs must be unframed and on photographic paper, i.e. no glass.
The back of each entry must be endorsed with the category entered and include the name, address, and phone number of the exhibitor.
Children’s section is restricted to primary school pupils only
Children’s entries are to include the name of the school on the back of the photographs.
One print cannot enter multiple categories unless there are copies.
The utmost care will be taken by the organizers but the CHB A & P Association does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss to photographs whilst in their possession.
Entries must be collected from Unichem Pharmacy, Ruataniwha Street, Waipukurau within two weeks of the show. If entries are not collected they may be destroyed
